What is the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry?
The AACD is the largest non-profit member organization dedicated to advancing excellence in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. The AACD is comprised of thousands of cosmetic dental professionals in 70 countries worldwide. The Accreditation process, which was developed by the AACD, is the world’s most recognized advanced credentialing program for cosmetic dentistry.
Since the AACD was founded in 1984, only 350 dental professionals worldwide have achieved accreditation with the AACD. Accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry involves a rigorous clinical testing process.
